This
piece was originally developed for the Lake Pyramid Triathlon at Lake Pyramid,
Nevada. The first version was only three colours: red, blue and yellow. A second
version was printed for the Fleet Feet Summer Triathlon Series - this time in
four colours (green was added). That print was featured in the book The
Best of Screen Printing in America (Rockport Publishers). Finally, the
print was silk-screened in six colours for general sale through Bruce McGaw
Graphics (NY) and Image Conscious (SF). There are a few of the original edition
left. This print is not available as a "glicée" - but is the
original serigraph print, designed and hand pulled by Phil Dynan.
